GDPR / E-Learning

Data protection has always been a fundamental right (the right to informational self-determination). This has been reaffirmed by the jurisprudence of the Federal Constitutional Court. According to this, the data subject can, in principle, decide for themselves who they disclose what personal information to. The Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), which has been in force for many years, was expanded in 2018 by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This fundamentally expanded the requirements for companies.

You can use our assessment tool to conduct an initial assessment of whether you need a data protection officer.

  Our Goals!
We assess how the requirements of the BDSG and the GDPR apply to your company and organization. We work with you to determine whether you need to appoint a data protection officer according to the GDPR criteria. We analyze the applicable requirements and support you with our GDPR consulting for compliant implementation. We also determine the training needs of your workforce.

Our Services!

With our data protection consulting, we support your data protection officer (DPO) in implementing the requirements within your organization, or we can appoint a DPO ourselves. We determine the implementation requirements, such as processing records, data protection impact assessments, and technical and organizational measures, in compliance with regulations and implement them with your assistance. We offer a fully digital e-learning program for annual data protection training and instruction for your staff, including progress monitoring and a certificate for each participant.

Our data protection module!
With the e-learning “Data Protection Module,” we teach the most important content and (legal) requirements for data protection in accordance with the GDPR and the BDSG (German Federal Data Protection Act). This data protection training is required for newly hired employees, but it is also suitable for the annual data protection training of existing employees. Training content includes:
  • Basics of data protection
  • Duties in the company
  • IT security
  • Rights of those affected
  • The Data Protection Officer

Your added value!

You can relieve your internal DPO with our professional support, or you can outsource the entire implementation requirements to us. You save resources and focus on your core business. You can demonstrate the training you have received through our professional e-learning courses and thus also instruct your employees according to the requirements of Art. 39 of the GDPR.
