For over a year now, the coronavirus pandemic has profoundly changed the world, including the world of work. Some industries have benefited greatly, while others have suffered. Interestingly, demand for qualified employees is virtually at pre-pandemic levels. Hardly a company vehicle is missing the familiar “Employees Wanted” sticker, and hardly one of our customers and business partners isn’t looking for employees.
This makes it all the more important to retain existing employees and identify trends within the workforce early on.
For this purpose, we have developed a so-called Employee Trend Analysis (MTA), which, based on a very short, regular assessment that can be completed in 1-2 minutes, surveys trends within a workforce and provides management with a feedback on the current employee perception.

The survey is conducted anonymously for all employees using our survey tool. You will receive the anonymized data from us regularly, allowing you to track trends in your company and respond promptly to changes.
